5 min waiting for a bg match. Aaaand it's bots. Ok, at least I'll grab some free points right. NOT. Mfking bots doing 20/0 and my bots just going in a straight line to get slaughtered. Cool stuff. Now back to being farmed by some 12k monk whale.

Yah, I know, I suck...

Let's say I have 100k plat, how could I most effectively spend it? I know in the grand scheme 100k isn't a lot and it goes fast. I don't need gems so apart from that what should I be looking to get?

Thinking of selling this to buy a savior pet but I don’t have an idea of the price coz there’s nothing on the market I can compare it to. How much does this sell on your servers?

I’ve been stuck between Gold 1 and Gold 2 for two weeks now, and I’m about ready to throw my phone. Is anyone else seeing this constant, lopsided matchmaking every single day?

I am consistently being matched against 10k–12k resonance whales who are stacked on the same team. These aren't just "strong" players; they are literal raid bosses that you can’t even scratch, while they one-tap the entire squad with basic attacks. This doesn't happen 1 or 2 matches. it happens 10 matches in a row. my win rate went down from 71% to 53% in 2 weeks and I have not moved up at all.

The biggest issues making the game unplayable right now:

• The "Corvus" Snowball: Since the recent updates, the Spirit of Corvus has made resonance gaps impossible to overcome. If a whale pushes the idol to 50%, the Spirit summons and the match is essentially over. You can’t play the objective when an unkillable whale is backed up by a giant demon pulsing AOE damage.
• The "Legend" Filter: It feels like NetEase/Blizzard only care about Legend rank balance. While they added secondary stat weighting for the top 1%, the Gold brackets have become the "trash bin" where the system throws whales who haven't climbed yet just to keep their queue times low. We are literally being used as fodder so whales don't have to wait 10 minutes for a game.
• The Compensation Myth: I have lost match after match where the scoreboard is 40-5, and I get ZERO Matchmaking Balance Compensation. The system seems to ignore massive gaps in secondary stats (Armor Pen/Potency) as long as the resonance numbers look "close enough" on paper.
• Smurfing: It’s 2026 and we still have matches where whales continue to smurf while maintaining their high secondaries and one shooting everyone they touch.

I thought I could climb to legend with enough play despite the losses, but at this rate, it’s just a 1-minute exercise in being a punching bag.

Is anyone else in Gold seeing this, or did the recent PVP update only "fix" the game for the top 1%?

HIGHLY👈 HIGHLY👈 recommend you get your SET of 8 Digit Backup Verification codes BACKED UP its only a matter of time before you lose it.

Attempting to Login through Devices I previously logged into or same WiFi,

didn't matter. Gmail is also forcing 2FA as ENABLED during "UPDATES" even if you turned it off. I still am unable to recover the E-mail that was associated with my Diablo Immortal account. And i dont think I ever will.

I could still play Diablo Immortal, but I knew once I got a NEW Device I was done. During trying to recover my E-mail that is associated with my Diablo account the following were the ONLY options.

#1 They asked for one of the 8 digit backup codes. #2 The 2nd option was to send a link TO THE EMAIL YOU LOST but couldn't get into which is RIDICULOUS. #3 3RD and final option was to send an E-mail to another Gmail account entirely, and wait 5 days for a chance in hell to continue recovery.

After researching this FOR HOURS I learned most accounts are never recovered. Again, even if it was on a Device you previously used, same WiFi.

I also learned there is 0% Technical support for such issues. Its all automated.

So again get those backup codes backed up. And make make sure you have a recovery E-mail associated with your Gmail that FORWARDS all your mail to it

That last step is where I messed up, I assumed I already did. So check.

Now to the part how Battlenet Authenticator Saved my Account.

I never verified the E-Mail associated directly to my Diablo Immortal account.

I saw an option to CHANGE my E-mail and it let me do it WITHOUT having to verify through the E-mail I lost it was me. With one caveat, in order to switch to the NEW E-MAIL I had to verify (finally) through the NEW E-MAIL it was me. I highly reccomened enabling 2FA on Battlenet Authenticator, worked for me.

I also added an answer to a "secret question" in BA and added my number.

BTW: This all started because I CLEARED my GOOGLE Accounts on my Device. There was an in shop google:iap error in the game itself I was trying to fix.

I've been trying to hand over leadership as Immortal to an officer of mine for the past week.

Things I've done or waited for:

I was handed leadership the night of going immortal and we have been immortal one week.

- I have waited 8 days

- I have tried going through the Immortals members tab

- He's an assigned Lieutenant

- Assigned as officer in clan as well

What else can I do? And is my nuclear option to remove the other officers, leave him as sole officer and then I leave clan? Would that hand leadership over to him or would that make the entire clan bug out and leave immortals?

I don't trust this game's mechanics sometimes, anything is possible.
