So my local Cumberland farm started putting these on all the pumps to try and get people back in the store so this morning I went in I was like all right. I have to fill it up. I got a $.99 coffee. OK I can deal with that if she brings it up and says 253 and I’m like I just filled up. Here’s my receipt cause I got a receipt at the pump and she’s like you need to get it from your app and I was like OK well I enter my reward number and there’s nothing in the app so how do I get my $.99 coffee and the employee literally cannot tell me how this Works so does anybody know how to get the $.99 coffee ?
I went for gas this morning and my payment information was missing. More importantly there was a spot to enter a credit card now. This means I can get credit card points when buying gas with the Smartpay app. I’ve been wanting this option!

As I have learned here, if you use your credit card, you don’t get $0.10 off per gallon!
Every time I try to redeem points , there’s an issue. For the past few weeks, every time I get another dollar, it tells me I need to get to the next dollar to redeem. So if I had $2 available, it won’t let me use my points, it just tells me I’m however many points away from my next reward. Now this today. Plenty of points, but no way to redeem them. Even my tracker is gone. Yes, I’ve signed in and out and made sure my app is up to date. If I go to wallet it just says unable to load loyalty points at this time. I miss Tom Thumb. Do better
For the past few years, every time I buy gas through the SmartPay app, I get charged the nonmember price. Even though the receipt states I’m a smart pay member, I’m still getting charged the full price. I filled the survey out at the end every time, and have yet to receive a response. What should I do?
