5 days na kaming walang internet. Blinking red LOS yung modem namin (sabi sa google severed/damaged fiber optics). 5 days na din kaming tumatawag sa support pero wala parin. anyone experience this? Isolated case daw kami.

i considered na ilipat na lang sa ibang box yung linya namin which is we will look for 3rd party na lang sa FB dahil wala ring maaasahan kung sa converge rin kami mismo magrerequest nun.
How long will it take ba para ma activate yung net namin pagka relocate sa ibang box? will it affect the speed of our plan? marami rin kasing box ng converge dito sa poste namin and meron pa sa ibang poste malapit rin samin.
Anong fastest way to relocate? Magkabilang Brgy kasi pero patapos na contract ko kaya ayoko na mag renew ulit

In addition, there's also the instance where a google website would ask if I was a robot because they have detected a weird traffic in my network. This happened to me since when we subscribed to converge. That was 5 years ago...
Ps: I don't want to do all those extra steps like using VPN, changing DNS whatsoever just to get to what I actually paid for. If I paid for that speed, I should get that speed period. If there is an issue with the internet, it is Converge's job to fix it, not me.
Possible ba magpaupgrade from fiberX plan 1500 to superfiberx 1599? since 99 pesos lang naman iaadd. Idk kung papalitan rin ba yung router since wifi 6 modem ang gamit sa advertisement ng superfiberx
Nag-upgrade kami from plan 1499 to 1599 para tumaas yung net speed namin at makuha yung "free" tv box nila. nakalagay sa policy nila na 7-10 business days ang delivery pero WTF, one month na pero wala pa din?
Nakailang tawag na din kami sa napakawalang kwenta nilang customer service. Ang sabi samin baka daw naubusan ng stock pero wala silang idea sa totoong dahilan kasi problema na ng supplier nila yon. All they do is create a new ticket for you and "coordinate with the right department" typical call center bullshit. Yung ticket pa nila is automatically nako-close after 24-48 hrs without any resolution which doesn't make any sense.
Tang ina niyo converge abusado kayo sa mga taong walang choice kundi piliin kayo dahil lang "lesser evil" kayo sa ibang ISPs.
Ilang days na nawawala then babalik ung internet namin, ang sabi ng technician ay possible dahil luma na ung model ng modem. Tinanong ko kung free ba, ang sabi hindi daw since working pa at di pa defective, baka sa kanila pa daw icharge. 2,500php daw pag pinapalitan ko.
Pero nag-offer sila, pwede daw nilang ipalabas na "defective" na at ako na lang daw bahala sa kanila.

does anyone knows why my 400 mbps down and up plan is giving me almost a gigabit of upload speeds? (I know my download latency is so wacky. I'm just lazy to call them to fix it).
Halos 7 days na kami walang wifi, tapos yung kapitbahay namin na nirecommend ko sa internet provider nato, kinabukasan nawalan din. Nakaka dissapoint kasi sinabi ko na straight kaming hindi nawalan ng wifi, tapos halos wala pang 10 hours wala na silang internet services.
Hi, nag request ako sa converge ng site transfer nung April 17. However, until now di padin nakakabit sa new place yung modem and all so wala ako magamit na internet.
April 20, nagbayad na ko agad ng transfer fee na 2500 kasi akala ko mabilis lang ma t'transfer yung internet pero grabe sobrang tagal na wala parin.
Then last April 30, May 1, 2 and 3, as in follow up na ko ng follow up kasi nung April 30, sabi sakin na may mag pupuntang technician to connect. Cancelled all my plans from 30-3 kaso wala namang nag punta. Then nung May 4, may tumawag sakin na technician, sa old address ko pumunta. Then sabi ko sa technician, hindi dun ikakabit. So inask ko if what time sila makakapunta sa new address kaso sabi, hindi nila sakop yung place sa new address. Ipapasa nalang daw nila sa ibang technician around the area.
Then May 6, tumawag ang technician, for confirmation lang daw nung address ko and kung kelan ako available. Sabi ko naman available ako today, kaso negative daw today mapuntahan.
So yun, May 7, wala padin.
Question: Allowed ba akong ipa terminate yung account ko since may natitira pa akong 1 year contract sakanila? Inask ko kasi yan kaso sabi babayaran ko yung remaining months kasi nga may contract. Kaso, hindi ko naman nagagamit yung internet and sobrang tagal nila mag kabit sa bagong place ko. Pwede kaya yun ipa terminate nalang without paying the remaining months? Sobrang nakaka stress.

Grabe wala pa 1 week twice na nag LoS. Service installation last Thursday April 30, 2026, ok sakin kasi installed agad, sakto din kasi kakalipat lang namin ng bahay. Saturday biglang LoS buong magdamag tapos Sunday to Monday ng 4pm bumalik yung connection, tapos LoS after 4pm up to now. Yung technician na nagkabit sabi sakin tawagan daw siya if nagkaproblem sa connection. Nako po! Di ko na macontact si kuya technician, sms, call, contact sa viber, walang reply tapos seen lang.
Struggle kapag ganito lalo na wfh ka. Laking abala tapos wala pa 1 week yung account sa converge and very brand new.
Kung may mabait na any active converge technician dito na pwede mag check sa connection namin please po pakitangnan kung ano po naging problema at paayos na din po. Thank you in adavance. Nag raise na din ako ng ticket sa CS nila pero parang lutang sila kausap.🙏
Guys, ask lang sana ng advice. First time namin ma-experience 'to at Day 4 na kaming walang internet (Red LOS) dito sa Muntinlupa.
Ang hinala namin na-disconnect kami sa poste. May nakita kasi kaming Converge truck na may kinakalikot at nag-install sa poste namin, tapos exact same day biglang nawala yung connection namin at nag-Red LOS na.
Kahit kinukulit na namin yung cs everyday at hiningi na namin na kausapin ang supervisor, wala pa ring nangyayari. Kahapon nag-text na "on the way" na raw ang technician at may tracking link, pero blank 'yung link at walang dumating o tumawag man lang. Mukhang ghost dispatch lang para ma-clear 'yung ticket nila sa system.
Dahil first time namin ma-encounter 'to, ano ba ang pinakamabilis na paraan para maayos 'to? ㅠㅠ

2 weeks na walang internet then pinuntahan ng technician at pinalitan ang modem two days after the complaint was made tapos aantayin daw yung activation ng modem by tomorrow. Fast forward 3 days after palitan ng modem di parin bumalik ang internet. So ang ginawa pagbalik ng tech pinalitan na naman ang modem same thing up until today di parin bumabalik ang net stuck parin sa activation.
Almost everyday ko tinatawagan yung hotlines nila then sinasabi sakin na na raise na daw yung concern to the respective teams. "Ma activate na by today sir." Tapos di parin nasosolve. Tapos iiba na naman reason may faulty line daw then pag check ng tech wala naman problem sa line.
Tapos ngayon tumawag ako sinabi wala daw update sa ticket eh tumawag naman ako kahapon to ask an update kung bakit up until now wala parin. Tapos sinabi nanaman nairase ko na sa respective department within 24-48 hours.
Nagpapasahan lang yung technician at yung activation department nila parang gg

Has anyone noticed Converge has been weird these past few weeks?
YouTube buffering despite a solid internet speed, certain sites are timing out (I can't access Imgur since yesterday), Google sites or search asking you if you're a bot, etc.
All of this can be fixed with a VPN or WARP. So what's going on? Routing problem? I'm just a dumb layman, so maybe someone with a better understanding can explain better.
