Good morning to the Sack!

Over the last 6 months two of our members were diagnosed with Cancer and underwent risky surgeries to remove it. Corey Harris and Alan Gegax .

Thankfully both are alive to tell the story.

This episode Alan recounts the surgery itself and the immediate days after it.

Seems like any episode where either of suffer becomes very popular...I am starting to wonder about you guys.

Game Exploit Needs to be patched!

Game Exploit Needs To Be patched

I discovered after playing all conference a full season in the online section, players are using some type of exploit that lets them see every single play offensively or defensively you will run. I know this because I'll audible a run and they user there middle lb to right where that run will be. Or I'll change my defense to a blitz, one that doesn't bring everyone up,and they change to a pass. This needs to be patched ASAP as it makes playing impossible in All-confernce. Thank you for attention to this matter

Best way to stop your feet from sliding inside football cleats?

This happened again during practice yesterday and I’m starting to notice it more during drills.

Whenever I sprint, cut, or stop hard, my foot slides slightly inside my cleats. It’s not enough to completely mess up a play, but it throws off my balance for a second and just feels uncomfortable.

At first I thought maybe my cleats were too loose, but even after tightening them properly, it still happens during faster movements.

A couple teammates said they’ve dealt with the same thing before, so now I’m curious how common this actually is.

What do you guys do to improve stability and stop your feet from moving around inside your cleats?

Update: Someone recommended ZeroGive to me, they make grip socks designed to improve foot stability inside football boots by reducing internal slipping and enhancing overall lockdown during movement. Has anyone here used them before?

Buy CFB26, or wait for CFB27?

I bought CFB25 a while back, and am considering buying CFB26. However, I saw that CFB27 comes out in June this year so I'm wondering if I should wait to buy another CFB until 27 comes out? I'm also nervous to buy CFB27 right away as there might be some issues with the game at launch and may get bad reviews. What are your thoughts?

QB situations in college football

Hey Everyone!

I’ve developed a huge interest in college football in the past couple of years. To give some background, I’m from Canada and played ice hockey my entire life but turned into a huge huge NFL and College Football fan now so I don’t have much background knowledge. I even got the NCAA 26 video game which is so much fun. I’m playing road to glory and noticed that every team has like 6 or 7 QBs. I was wondering if this is the case in real life? If so, With 3 QBs on the bench typically, what does every college team do with the other 3 or 4 QBs on the roster? Do they sit in the press box each game?

We’re in the CFP of year 2 and recruiting 4-6 players for year 3. Chill group of guys who are mostly pretty active.

Most of the guys are dads with busy jobs so we’d like to be able to play most of our games at out leisure instead of scheduling 8 user games every season + the CFP. If you like more user games, I’d schedule you with other guys that want more user games.

I think it makes the playoffs more meaningful.

I’m of average skill level, but really into the player progression part of the game. I’m looking for this to be a long term dynasty where we’re playing for 7-10 seasons.

Let me know if you’re interested. Looking to be at around 14-16 users.

We’ll be in the offseason next Tuesday 5/12.

Advance: 48 hours

Team selection: 3* or less / 82 or less OVR

Conference Users: 3-4 teams per conference

Coaching Carousel: 2 years minimum with a school before moving on

Coaching Exp: Faster

Manual Progression Penalty: 10%

Difficulty: Heisman

Quarters: 5 minutes

Wear and Tear: Toned down to around 35

Transfer Portal: 10 max / 30 cpu chance / 45 user chance

I have a dynasty with 5 users and I want to be able to get everyone in the playoffs every year. We play the user games in the regular season then hope to play in playoffs, but usually 1-2 don’t make it.
