Best way to stop your feet from sliding inside football cleats?

This happened again during practice yesterday and I’m starting to notice it more during drills.

Whenever I sprint, cut, or stop hard, my foot slides slightly inside my cleats. It’s not enough to completely mess up a play, but it throws off my balance for a second and just feels uncomfortable.

At first I thought maybe my cleats were too loose, but even after tightening them properly, it still happens during faster movements.

A couple teammates said they’ve dealt with the same thing before, so now I’m curious how common this actually is.

What do you guys do to improve stability and stop your feet from moving around inside your cleats?

Update: Someone recommended ZeroGive to me, they make grip socks designed to improve foot stability inside football boots by reducing internal slipping and enhancing overall lockdown during movement. Has anyone here used them before?

I’ve been doing a few interior finishing projects lately and the thing that keeps slowing things down is just how heavy and time-consuming traditional moldings can be, especially on higher ceilings or larger rooms where you’re constantly lifting, cutting, and adjusting.

I’m starting to wonder what people are using now that still gives a clean, solid finish but is easier to handle on site and doesn’t feel like it adds unnecessary labor.

Main areas I’m thinking about are crown molding, ceiling trims, cornices, and some exterior detailing work, basically anything where profile consistency matters but weight becomes a problem.

Interested to know, what others in the field are actually using these days for this kind of work?

One thing I’ve been struggling with lately is not just memorizing new surahs, but actually keeping them in my memory long term.

Sometimes I spend days learning a few verses and everything feels fine, then after a week of not revising properly I suddenly forget parts of it again. It honestly gets discouraging because it feels like I’m starting over every time.

I’ve been thinking maybe my revision system is the problem. Right now I mostly memorize whenever I feel motivated, but I’m realizing consistency and repetition probably matter more than motivation itself.

For people who are serious about Hifz, what helped you remember surahs long term?

Did you create a strict revision schedule, use an app/tool, or practice with someone daily?
