Can anyone here rent me an orbital sander or tell me where I can rent it from? I've looked in at nearby hardware shops and none of them have it.

Or if anyone owns one, I promise I'll treat it like my own baby and pick it up and pay you as wellI just need it to sand a table that I have which I'm planning to paint

there's this sitting/hangout kinda area in thengana or near thengana. it's near henburg, and it's outside a house. there's like multiple seating area and there's no waste around. I hangout with my friends once but it's kinda sketchy. i wanna know what that place is for. a random public sitting area with no shops around?. who build that? for what?
