Made pizza dough, and had leftover sardines in the fridge, so, voila! Sardine pizza

It's canned fried fish. It's a little chewy, with nice seasoning. It's not fishy, but the texture is a bit stringy; odd, but not unpleasant.

I served mine with masala soup noodles and the combo was delicious.

The can is difficult to break into, I needed pliers. A can opener would be neater.
