Took everyone’s feedback and tried making pizza again. Didn’t get to do the weighted measurements, however, because my kitchen scale decided it no longer works 🙃 I used my hands to stretch it out, instead of the rolling pin, and that definitely made a difference.
The first three are pizzas, and the fourth is more of a breadstick vibe and will be sliced as such.
Overall, I’d say it’s an improvement from my first attempt, but still lots of room to grow!
Forgot to take a picture of the tin, but it’s Bandi Baltic Sprats in Oil on top of rice with black sesame seeds, soy sauce and rice vinegar, eaten with seaweed snacks and a little Napa cabbage salad on the side
