I opened the app this morning and it said my account had either been deleted or opened on another device and it logged me out and it looks like i have to start over! I restarted my phone to see if it was a glitch with my phone but that didn't work. Has anyone had this happen to them too, and did you find out how to get your account back? I really don't want to have to start over :(

I’ve played all the prior events and gotten all the items and prizes. This time, I can’t get a single rice ball. I’ve made a million bento boxes. Is this happening to anyone else? Any suggestions, tips I might be missing?

My current strategy is full on bento boxes - I don’t redeem any of those items, just merge to the bento box, collect 1 item from it, merge to a second bento box, collect 1 item from it, merge the 2 bento boxes, and then collect its 2 items. I have tons of salmon, shrimp, etc. but no rice balls yet.

I’ve also had a ton of flowers and only a few requests for them - feels somewhat unbalanced.

Update: I posted this and literally got my first rice ball 10 minutes later 😅

I’ve been wanting ad free but 23$ feels a little steep, does it ever go on sale or is there a discount code or something?

I am doing a lot better than I thought I would, still think it will be hard to complete as I have nearly ran out of all my saved energy. When I only get to use the energy the game gives in a day progress will slow down.

I still need 1 level 3, 7 level 4 and 6 level 5. I have 450 shards saved.

Is anyone struggling with level 4 packs? At the start I was getting them offered regularly with limited time requests but I don’t seem to have had any of those recently. I hope we don’t need to spend shards on level 4 packs.

So I logged in a few weeks ago, and I checked my mail and just accepted the gifts that were sent to my mailbox - without really reading much of what the mail said. And then I look at how many gems I have and it says i have 9999+ gems. ????? Did this happen to any of you guys? And please let me know if this is normal!!

^(The game was released to me a few days ago, and I'm still getting the hang of it. I was wondering if it's possible to decorate the house and add furniture? I haven't seen any features like that yet; I've only seen that you can dress the cats.)
