Accidentally deleted our 'ON SITE' area, showing who was in the building at any given time. Can I recreate without everyone leaving the building and coming back in? Based on other readers around site?
Or do I have to get everyone out, re-set up an 'ON SITE' area and go again? Back-ups aren't an option, and getting everyone out will be a MASSIVE pain in the arse.
Any ideas appreciated.
I am a new user without training on Ccure9000. We were dumped with this system from P2000, which I have been using for 10 years. I have been tasked with finding data from usage on a door, but the user would like to know what department the personnel is in. For some reason, I cannot figure out how to build a valid query to mix personnel with journal.
I would rather product the data in a query, so I can easily see all entries in a spreadsheet type list.
Tasked with finding usage data on a particular door for the past 5 months. I would like the query to return Name, Message Date/Time (to see date/time of usage) and department that the employee belongs to. The query needs a date filter and door filter to be able to set dates and a door. The door is still a CK720 door that has been converted to Ccure.
I have SWHrep13 journal query, which returns everything needed except for the department the employee belongs to. I have also tried SWHrep0506 personnel query, but this returns everything needed but the message date/time to see when the door was scanned.
Is there any pointers you could offer a newbie?
Just migrated an access control system to our servers and installed a new instance of CCure v3.10.1, and my 48bit Iclass badges were, at first, being rejected (misread). My integrator ran a diagnostic and found that the readers are coming back with 68 bits. We added the smart card 68 bit format to the readers and the cards read, but still were rejected, but with a 9 digit card number (ours are 4 digit). We added a second card to the profile with this number and the original badge works. Any help or thoughts?
