I am a new user without training on Ccure9000. We were dumped with this system from P2000, which I have been using for 10 years. I have been tasked with finding data from usage on a door, but the user would like to know what department the personnel is in. For some reason, I cannot figure out how to build a valid query to mix personnel with journal.
I would rather product the data in a query, so I can easily see all entries in a spreadsheet type list.
Tasked with finding usage data on a particular door for the past 5 months. I would like the query to return Name, Message Date/Time (to see date/time of usage) and department that the employee belongs to. The query needs a date filter and door filter to be able to set dates and a door. The door is still a CK720 door that has been converted to Ccure.
I have SWHrep13 journal query, which returns everything needed except for the department the employee belongs to. I have also tried SWHrep0506 personnel query, but this returns everything needed but the message date/time to see when the door was scanned.
Is there any pointers you could offer a newbie?
