dog has not eaten in at least 2 weeks. there is no water available. the dog is boney skin and bones

🚑 Medical Notes:

5/4/2026: 31.8 lbs. HWTEST LOW POSITIVE. Fecal test positive for hookworms. Vaccinated with Rabies, Bordetella, and DA2PP-V. Dewormed with Pyrantel and given Advantage Multi Dog 20.1-55LB.

5/6/2026: Treatment for hookworms. Rx Panacur 10ml SID x 3 days, repeat in 3 weeks 12ml SID x 3 days. Treatments given: Panacur.
