How do you all think Chip's Dad took to everything that happened? I mean his son is declared dead. Comes back planning to destroy a city with recordings. Framed the family he tried to get Chip to make up with. Flat out tried to destroy a city. And even got engaged during all of this.

How do you think Mr. Whistler reacted to all of this after learning Chip was alive but now a insane criminal who almost destroyed Big City?

I'mma be real, as much as I liked this episode, I can't help but think it had a lot of missed opportunities that makes me like it less than "Chipocalypse Now", I'm sure you all know the "chip should've died" thing, but there's ONE that barely got any discussion here...

An interraction or fight between Chip and Nick (nancy's dad).

I mean, come on, how cool would that kind of situation be? an country cheating old blort versus an mentally ill manchild, Chip would win but then Nick would still have the upper hand, but Chip would still win, but how can that be possible? that's why I wished to see that in the episode, but nope.

The reason I wanted to bring this up is because Nick was mentioned in "Greens Underground", an episode where the greens hide from Chip under new identities, and he was mentioned as the things "that's all out there" for the greens. and the wiki is stating that Chip is his enemy, well guess what? That's BS. Yes, Nick could have been aware of his actions Post-Chip's Revenge if you imagine that because, well, he's part of the Green family, and the Greens will aways be enemies to the Whistlers, but then again, it's all speculation! We never know if Nick would eventually betray his family to befriend with Chip without being aware of his actions cus he's an idiot, but in another reality Nick would still care about the kids and wouldn't want them killed by Chip so ofc he's gonna have to fight him to get them back, he's their only grampa alive afterall, but also because Nancy fought Chip once, and Nick wouldn't want Chip's plan to succeed either because his daugther likes being in Big City despite being more of a country woman than a city one, and she wouldn't have anywhere else to prank around, but we never know, and that's why the episode dropped the ball for me in terms of expectations.

Don't we feel like we're missing something too? Oh yeah, Chip's father Mr. Whistler... you know, his father? the one who put his son in charge as the CEO of Wholesome Foods just so Chip can run the greens out of Big City? ....no? do we feel like we forgot about him? I sure don't.

Where was he the whole time? Why hasn't he made an appearence since Chipwrecked??? Did he got killed off after that episode or there wasn't any spotlight for him yet?? That's funny because the original ending for "Long Goodbye" had him visit Chip's grave to which he be visited and comforted by Chip who's dressed as a mysterious stranger, and that got cut because it would've led Mr. Whistler to a bigger role in S4, and that wasn't what they were going for.

Well that explains why he got absent since then, because he was perhaps too difficult to develop a story for, or you could say he's just an useless character like Don & Dawn, Ms. Cho, and now Gabriella, well mayyyyyybe when S5 comes along, it'll be the perfect time for the writters to give Mr. Whistler some time to shine, but 100% not because what purpose would he even have that will never matter? That sucks because he could have so much potential like being a friend and supporter to the greens, the others would't trust him tho, but unlike Chip, he's not a snitch, and he likes being a friend to farmers, HE'S A FARMER GUY BY THE HEART! in fact, I bet he would also be friends with Bill, Nancy, and Nick, I mean Nick has no idea who Chip is but wouldn't care anyway, they probably will still be friends.

So yeah, there you have it; No Chip & Nick scene, no Mr. Whistler since S2, me sad, if Chip's Revenge will be Chip's LAST and FINAL appearence in the show, that would be a kick in the balls for me then, unless the writters have second thoughts about it.

Just something I noticed…

The green color has been used with many Disney villains, like Maleficent, Scar, Lady Tremaine, and others, and the antagonist of BCG, Chip has that thing too.

Could it be a subtle nod, or a coincidence?

Rewatching the series and landed on the perfect episode for today.

i wanted to talk about him, the day that "Chip Revenge", I LOVE IT, Literally, Chip As A Villain is very interested to me, and it all started when chip took a bite of an "Apple"

but that not what i wanted to talk about, basically i think chip story should end here, because the way it was handle with chip defeated, it a good way to end chip as a character, the way it was Executed was amazing, chip as a villain ended PERFECTLY, no escaped,no "OH, I SURVIVED AND I ALIVE", just chip got arrested and then he in prison, it a VERY Good Way To End Chip As A Whole and like it, and hopefully he doesn't come back. but if chip does come back, hopefully it a father and son episode, but that it, don't think you should bring him back again just for "CHIP REVENGE 2.0", Because bringing him back will defeat the solo purpose of him being arrested in the first place.
