Range day with the prototype APC9 hand guards!
Hey everyone- while we wait for the test extrusions to be done, I wanted to share some pics from a range day of the 3d printed prototype hand guards we have coming for the APC9 an APC9k. Fitment is a little wonky in the pics, but you get the idea.
We’re re working the top mounting block but the designs are basically finalized.
Personally I’m super pumped for these - the K especially so.
The test extrusions should be arriving later this month! Check out our website for more info as well and to join the waitlist!
Are you guys actually happy with the print-X suppressors?
This is 5 shots dead center off a block @18 yards after doing a 30 round warmup. This is the 2nd one I’ve received for my SD gun that has a massive spread. My brain can’t even comprehend how to sight this thing in 🤯
I just packed up and told my LGS to ship it back.
MASSIVE FRAUD – proof that Sean Sullivan EMBEZZELED $1.8M from B&T USA
TL;DR: B&T AG (the Swiss parent) has provided proof that Sean Sullivan purposely defrauded the Malaysian government of and subsequently embezzled $1.8 million, doing a wire transfer to his personal account. Additionally, he took over $1 million of orders through B&T Parts for product not in stock which he has no intention of or ability to fill. If you have an open, unfilled order from B&T parts, do a chargeback NOW. If you have a warranty gun at B&T, demand they return it NOW.
“B&T USA has accrued and defaulted on over $15 million in debt which remains unpaid; has lost the ability to purchase new firearms, parts, or product from its main supplier; is unable to fulfill orders from customers; and is at risk of significant financial instability and further embezzlement in addition to the approximately $1.8 million that Cloverleaf recently diverted to a personal account for [Sean] Sullivan.” – statement of Namada Enterprises (owned by Swiss parent B&T AG) in the complaint.
Read it all for yourself HERE [link downloads PDF from FL courts]. Included is a copy of the wire confirmation showing $1.78 million transferred to the personal account of Sean Reidpath Sullivan.
Beginning of longer post:
I have previously posted accurate information warning of the B&T USA due to the actions of owner Sean Sullivan, with the goal of helping everyone with money at risk. People have fairly asked about sources, which I have not been able to provide to protect them – now there is proof.
Sean now out of the country (perhaps fleeing prosecution? Time will tell). He is the one posting from u/bt-usa account, doing so at all hours of the night while taking personal offense to posts challenging him. He has called my information inaccurate and “fake” while simultaneously obscuring and delaying, trying to keep his Ponzi scheme going as long as possible. DO NOT fall for his lies.
The critical things you need to know:
B&T USA at Sean’s direction is NOT granting any refunds on B&T Parts orders. Sean collected over $1 million of YOUR money and will not/is unable to return it. Sean directed his customer service team to lie (contributing to them quitting in protest) and is now personally responding, purposely stalling as documented by multiple Reddit users, best described HERE and also documented HERE, HERE, and many more across multiple threads.
B&T USA lacks the parts to make new guns or do warranty repair on guns. Also included, that B&T customer service quit en masse this previous Friday. Sean is trying to direct people to an email that there are no dedicated employees to monitor and users have repeatedly not received a response from for months. Sean has responded to certain Reddit users who have inquired about their orders, warranty repairs, or send them a shipping label for their firearms. He spent the last several days sending emails himself from the service email to issue these, trying to make it look like they are still staffed. He repeatedly claims things are just “a few weeks out.”
DO NOT SEND ANYTHING IN, and get back what you have. A RMA number or shipping label is another stall tactic. Anyone with a gun there needs to demand it back ASAP. It may already be too late to recover it. B&T AG has already publicly stated that they are forming a new US entity, and will service firearm warranty issues for the guns they have produced. It is far better to hold your gun for that than risk never seeing it again with Sean Sullivan’s B&T USA collapse. Tagging u/Current_Somewhere_51 because of his recent thread. Please help by tagging other affected users in the comments.
From the complaint, and supporting the lack of parts and ability to build guns:
“B&T USA’s outstanding and overdue debt in excess of $15 million resulted in the inability of B&T USA to continue to purchase firearms and parts from B&T AG.”
“B&T USA did not have the parts or optics to actually produce or sell the firearms purchased and intended for the Malaysian government” – sworn statement of 33% owner Peter Penzell
Now that Sean as exhausted his parts supply, the ONLY thing he is able to do is print suppressors. He has increased the print speed to produce more units, resulting in the terrible surface finish of the suppressors currently going out, as he admits.
Sean has lied and defamed B&T AG, claiming the Swiss are at fault for his failure. Hilariously, he falsely claimed that the Swiss were using MIM parts purchased from China. This is demonstrably false, as videos of the Swiss operation show, and influencers like James Reeves u/Preauxmetheus have seen in person. In reality, the parts resulting in QC issues were not Swiss produced, but made by Sean. The move to Utah was due to compliance issues on the Tampa license (Sean may have recently surrendered a Tampa FFL, but this is not verified), and he picked Utah because he wanted to ski. Sean did not inform the Swiss of the move ahead of time. Every desperate thing that Sean is posting to deflect blame is an outright lie.
Ultimately, it is Karl’s name on the company and guns, and he will stand by that. Sean has revealed himself as a liar and thief. If you have anything with B&T USA, get it back now! If you are shopping for B&T firearms from independent dealers, know that Karl will back his product and have a new entity established to do this, plus supply firearms, in the near future. The dealers are also impacted and facing slow sales due to Sean’s criminality, for no fault of their own.
Finally – a repost from my last thread. The only known employees still at B&T USA and checking their email addresses are (ypado@bt-usa.com), Danette (danetter@bt-usa.com) and Sam (ar@bt-usa.com). You can also try calling Sam (813-653-1200 ext 1014), Yvonne (813-653-1200 ext 1001) or Danette (813-653-1200 ext 1021) and leaving a voicemail for them, but I am not sure you will get a response. Still, it is worth the contact to try and get your gun back! For refunds, file a chargeback NOW.
Apc9 cat mob and milkman
Like ocl stated the mob is a little quieter ..both are amazing
The ultimate 10mm SBR …
IMO, this is the best 10mm SBR setup 🚀
- B&T APC 10 with folding stock
- B&T SQD40 Suppressor
- Acro Micro T2 sight
- Scalarworks LEAP/02 mount for T2
- BE.Meyers MAWL-C1+
- Surfire Scout light with dual tailcap
- Unity Axon switch
- Single point sling
p.s. I did not put any vertical grip on this since you technically should use the mag area to clamp. Similar to HK UMP IYKYK …

B&T have the opportunity to beat Sig at their own game with a shorter APC300
At the time of writing this, the Sig Rattler/LT are the """best""" short 300blk pistols and SBRs. Yet, the Rattler itself has issues that the APC and other shorty .300s don't have.
The T style charging handle for ARs/MCX is bullshit and it's astonishing to see people still simp for it. It's horrible for suppressed usage as it's an egress right under the shooter's nostrils for excess gas to escape. They have been trying to make gas busting charging handles for over a decade now and still can't get it right. ARs remain the only gun that I've consistently been able to gas myself out with, unsuppressed. The APC eliminates this with the side charging handles, and currently the only other shorty .300s that do this are the Scar 15P and the CMMG Dissent (and some custom built side charging ARs).
I'm a Scar fanboy and no .308 platform will beat the Scar 17, but the 15p is the biggest gun in this list and has an annoying muzzle threading technique that requires extra effort to make work w/ certain muzzle devices. Not to mention the barrel is 7.5" which is on the longer side of compact 300blks. The CMMG and side charging ARs are direct impingement which nobody wants to deal with.
The only issue that I see with the APC300 is that the shortest configuration has an 8.7" barrel. That's a bit too long for what myself and others are looking for in a platform like this. If B&T released an APC300 with a 6.5" or something barrel, I think the market would eat it up. Moreso if they made an APC300 SD-Compact with the same barrel.
Thoughts on APC9 PRO SD
Looking into buying a used one from a buddy that has less than 500 rounds. I would be new to the platform so I wanted to ask what your thoughts are on this one? I think it comes with the print x suppressor other than that everything else is factory. Would you buy if it’s a good deal or wait for B&T to figure their stuff out and then buy a new one?
Would be using it just for general range training and HD pretty much. Thanks
Does anyone know where i can find a gas regulator cylinder for the apc? I’m looking for the gen 1, 2 position adjustment knob. Thanks
Swiss tourist spots for gun guys
(Pic for attention)
Me and the wife will be traveling to Switzerland soon for a couple weeks. Just wondering if there are any places that would intrigue someone who is into APCs or firearms in general. Wish I could bring my APC9 out there just for the pic lol
Thanks in advance!
Apc9 SD pro gen 2 compatability question
Can anyone confirm that the Broad river tactical BRT CAR-15 SD Hub Adapter Bravo (1.375x24) fits on an APC9 SD PRO gen 2?
Was looking to pick one up but wanted to confirm before purchasing.
Thank you!
Backpack recommendations?
Apc222 8.7” when folded came out to 20.5” looking for a discreet backpack to throw this in.
The ultimate PCC setup …

- P2 Acro red dot with B&T mount
- B&T vertical grip
- BE.Meyers MAWL-C1+
- Surfire Scout Light with dual tailcap

Geissele apc223 trigger
Does anyone have photo comparisons of the apc G trigger vs a standard AR G trigger?
B&T USA no Longer warrantying their products.
Update: I received the label for warranty. Thank you B&T Reddit/social media employee!
Update: Mailed out my TP9 to B&T USA. I’ll update/Delete the post once I get it back and everything closes smoothly. Fingers crossed, it goes well.
APC10 29in+ OAL SBR
Due to the recent brace rule change (also: I find the Form 4999 intentionally confusing), I am trying to determine if it’s time for me to Form 1 SBR an APC10 pistol.
In order to be state compliant, I will need the SBR to be a minimum of 29in OAL without a suppressor (unless it was pinned and welded, which would totally defeat the purpose of the tri-lug QD, so I would like to avoid going that route unless there’s no other way) and with whatever-you-want-to-call-the-thing-that-may-touch-a-shoulder fully extended. Relevant: I would much prefer a tele setup rather than a folder.
Should I keep the APC10 a pistol? If so: what are your thoughts on the B&T tele brace (assuming I can find one somewhere collecting dust on a shelf)?
Or should I convert it? If so, where should I be looking for a tele stock and other parts that would get me to a 29in+ OAL?
Lefty APC9K question
Hey guys,
Just picked up an APC9K and had a question for the lefties here.
With the shorter handguard on the K, my right (support) hand ends up pretty close to the ejection port. No issues so far, but I’m a bit cautious about my hand slipping back under recoil—especially when running it suppressed.
For context, I also have a full-size APC9 Pro and don’t run into this at all since there’s more handguard to work with.
Current setup: • Omega 9K (tri-lug) • Optic (suggestions) • No handstop or VFG yet (suggestions) • Folding stock/brace (suggestions)
For those running the K: • Are you using a handstop or vertical grip? • Where do you place it to keep a consistent index? • Any grip techniques that help keep your hand forward? • Any difference when shooting suppressed vs unsuppressed?
Appreciate any input—just trying to dial it in and keep things safe.
