I went to Shopheav3n’s Dave & Buster’s Hollywood event on Friday, May 1st and I think anyone who attends shows in LA or is thinking about attending a Shopheav3n event should read this.

Background- you can skip to next paragraph, basically lack of security is astounding, lots of hazards, ayesha late & wasted

I went with my boyfriend and friend, and like most who went, we were there for Ayesha Erotica. I want to add that I have previously been to a Shopheav3n event headlining Ayesha (Aug 29, 2025 at 1720 warehouse in LA). While I personally had an amazing time with her performance at 1720, I can’t say my first experience with the event organizers was overwhelming positive. She came on just before midnight when the show was advertised as 9pm-1am.
Back to Fridays show, it was advertised to be 10pm-2am inside of a D&B in Hollywood. I got there an hour late to a line wrapped around the mall the d&b was inside of. Saw 2 security guards the entire time I was in line, with men all throughout shamelessly recording the women waiting to get inside. By the time I got inside it was 11:45pm and it was packed. All 3 of us who went got a bad feeling as soon as we got inside. There were safety and fire hazards everywhere. I’ve been to dozens of shows/events in LA and I could not get past the bad feeling I had, plus my boyfriend worked and overnight shift and had been up for over 24hrs so we decided it was just time to leave. The entire time I was inside I saw 1 security guard and he was by the bar. This venue is has lots of hidden corners and areas out of sight from main area.

When I check Shopheav3n’s comments and saw a story of a woman being assaulted I screenshotted it to show my friend, as it confirmed the bad gut feeling I had in my opinion, only to see it’s later been deleted. I wanted to reach out to learn more, and this is a story the victim wants to be known & shared to hold these organizers and booking companies accountable. Here is what she said:

“I was violently assaulted at this show and have been trying to seek accountability for the traumatic experience I had last night. Instead of taking the situation seriously or making it right, the event promoter spoke with me, wasted my time, and then blocked me.
A woman assulted me. Grabbed me by my collar and choked me as i ran into the crowd.
She eblowed me for looking over her shoulder at the stage and i told her im sorry your hat is in my eyeline and she immediately went to violence. So i ran away into the crowd and left.”

She was refunded $40 and ignored, then blocked by the booking company (Gravity Bookings). Lulo, ShopHeav3n’s founder, was also contacted with no response.

This woman is also fire victim whose choker of sentimental value was destroyed without care. She was attacked, left with marks and scratches on her neck, no accountability from anyone, NO SECURITY IN SIGHT to protect her, and not even an apology.

I love Ayesha, but she was not well enough to perform. These organizers and hosts and performers are all friends. There needs to be AT LEAST an official apology to the victim as well as everyone who attended, if not a full refund for everyone who bought a ticket.
If you went and also had a bad experience, please share. These people need to be held accountable.

If you have any resources for the victim to mitigate the repercussions of the situation please state what the remediation you can provide is and I will reach out to her.
