I’ve worked for AutoZone for a few years now and today I had to do a no receipt warranty return at my sister store for a heli-coil tap and insert. I bought the tool a while back and got damaged and the system denied my return. I have never used my ID for returns before, so why would it deny my ID. I had my girlfriend try and use her ID and it denied hers too. Is it something of concern or a bug? I literally have no idea why it denied me.

Im so goddamn livid at the autozone in jonesborough Tennessee.

You guys should have let him go over the situation then instead of acting like everything is ok. Thats fucking dirty of you man. Remember I know a lot of went on in your store through the eyes and ears of my husband, I know of everything even you mr store manager has done and he covered up for you. Fuck you and the company whose dick you gobbling up.
