I’ve worked for AutoZone for a few years now and today I had to do a no receipt warranty return at my sister store for a heli-coil tap and insert. I bought the tool a while back and got damaged and the system denied my return. I have never used my ID for returns before, so why would it deny my ID. I had my girlfriend try and use her ID and it denied hers too. Is it something of concern or a bug? I literally have no idea why it denied me.
