Feeling very accomplished😌🥰I saved my first 20k and it’ll be a year since my journey began on May 1st. No help, strictly off flex blocks

One month into flex

I see more and more complaints everyday but from my experience lots of y’all are seemingly ungrateful. This is the biggest cheat code gig app in the industry its so easy and you make like 30-45 an hour. Ive finished every route around an hour or 2 early. I only do early mornings around 3-4am and made like 3k this month while havin my full daytime free

Block canceled

Flex canceled my block because I was “late”. Got to the warehouse which was ridiculously packed and unorganized. People parking around the corner and on the fire lanes. App told me to park before checking in you know to be safe. But since I did it 6 mins late they canceled it. Guess next time I won’t be safe and check in even when I’m driving 😒

Standing-at risk

My wife went from great to at risk in just a few days. On Monday she received her cart and went to load it. When she finished loading it was 13 packages and the itinerary shows 26. She went to the manager and told him he immediately knew what happened. He told her 13 were damaged and never it in her cart. Another manager had to manually remove it from her itinerary from their computer and she went on her way. 2 days ago she got dinged for 13 undelivered packages. Support, Jeff and the station blaming her for selecting the wrong reason. She never removed anything. It’s now her words against theirs. How can this even be fixed? It’s the middle of at risk bar. Obviously she had a few other dings for other stuff but it was just a missed block and 2 undeliverable prior.

What would you do? lol

After getting a higher pay, I don’t wanna take regular routes anymore. Hahaha. And no one’s picking up them routes.

Why can’t flex just make us choose routes closer to our home

Like theres like hundreds of people that a 30 mile circumference around the ware house and i thought amazon car about us workers and making us happy and shi but they dont if they give assign routes to people and not let them choose or switch with someone else. Itll help the flex driver morale up instead of them making us waste our own time and gas driving a extra miles for no reason when theres houses that need delivering near my home. Im milittary and they always believe a sailor or whatever morales should always be up so we dont have mental health problems. Dsp dont need to choose their route cause why when they need to drop the van off but we tryna go home

Do many stations use this way of loading? All cars line up, get 5 minutes to load, and leave at the same time

I'm surprised to read on this subreddit that not all stations work this way.

- 16 cars drive into the warehouse and arrange in several lines

- at exactly the block start time, a guy yells "start loading" and everyone gets out of the car

- they bring a cart behind your car

- 5 minutes after block start time, everyone has to be loaded and back in the car

- the guy yells "start your engines" and everyone leaves, line by line

Do you like this system? Do a lot of stations work this way?

5 am route. Over 50 packages

To think...there are clowns that think this is "occasionally" getting in/out of your car! If you dont have knee/hip pain yet dont worry you will soon!

Will Flex cancel your block before it starts if the weather is very bad?

We've had bad weather this whole week, tornados warnings all week (one actually touched down about 10 minutes north of the station), thunderstorms, & flash floods. Which led me to cancelling most of my blocks this week. I'd wait until 50 minutes before it starts, check outside & the weather app to see if it looks bad, then I'd cancel it.

Is it likely that once I got to the station, they would've cancelled my route anyways & still paid me for it? I've noticed once I cancelled them, no more pops up like it usually would.

Apparently we are not concerned about gas prices anymore?

Apparently now that the straits are open, Amazon is done being concerned about gas prices.

I was actually fairly impressed over the course of the last month how much higher the pricing was in my area.

Idk if this is luck anymore yall!

Got a beautiful route again today. First stop was 9 mins from Vax3 41 packages 41 stop 3 apartments

7am-10am $79.50

Finished at 9:08am and the last stop was 15 mins from my house! Red circle is around where I live!

Drove around 35-40 miles give or take

I hope I keep getting these pretty awesome routes!

💯💯💯

I’ve never seen two for same time/duration

This is weird to me have yall ever seen this? (Same .com station)

I assumed (maybe incorrectly) that slots had backend quantities attached. Say 5 drivers needed for 2 hours at 5:15 and it doesn’t disappear until 5th is taken. This visual is a first for me and is still up after 10 mins of refreshing.

Worst grouping I've seen and new drivers. Please don't blind follow

3.5hr Route. I finished 40 mins early from warehouse to last stop but that's after I manually adjusted the route like 4x. I would suspect I'd probably waste the time if I followed the Apps recommendation.

Generally, the route you get has an optimal path and it's usually decent enough to follow blindly but today I got this one and it was zigzagging me back to my start. Makes no sense. I wonder if someone manually adjusted this to be this way or if there is AI involved.

I wish there was an easier way to reassign each stop

double declines

I haven’t seen extended offers since last year. I love to gamble but it didn’t feel right. Ended up being assigned two easy routes in suburbs with minimal mileage. Happy Friday!

100 percent of the people

in this group enjoy doing flex. free of micromanaging, not the usual 9-5 , get done early go home . but God Damn it Amazon pay us a reasonable amount and start appreciating the damn drivers!!!! its not Negative to AT ALL to post the shitty rates, the insane routes and package counts not disclosed to us! the fear mongering with the standings. its informative and a wake up call!! some people need to wake the f up and get real! if shits going south somewhere else expect it coming your way in the near future!

Is this....normal? Scheduled my first ever block and kind of disappointed in the pay, says 45 packages

Im debating on canceling....I could make this doing Uber and there's no getting in and out of my car, I could make this on Uber with 6 to 7 passengers.....

Im torn, the only reason im even considering it is im unemployed, so any income is good income.....I certainly hope I see better paying offers from flex in the future but this was the only block available
