For the sake of a debate Obito won't get the 10 Tails.

My own thoughts is that Sasori, Kisame, Kakuzu, and Hidan should be stronger then anyone on the Rias's level but weaker then Issei at his peak and anyone that is comparable.

Pain, Itachi, and Konan should be stronger then anyone not an Issei at his peak and anyone that scales to him.

Obito depending on where you scale is somewhat weaker then the top tiers or way stronger then anyone in DXD.

Orochimaru should be way stronger then anyone in DXD which is the benefit of being a Boruto era character.

Zetsu is just kinda here.

As for speed everyone barring Zetsu should be way faster then anyone in DXD.

There both ice fighters that’s the only thing they have in common. Just thought of an ice vs ice battle. “Who’s ice freeze’s faster” (the quote I mentioned was based on Mortal Kombat 11 if you choose Liu kang to fight Scorpion where Liu kang says who’s fire runs hotter)

A serious question, since I wanted to have this debate closed for a long time XD

Who do you guys think will win in a fight between Night Raid (either 1st versions or 2nd versions - with Chelsea and Susanoo) and Team Fortress (Yes, their group is known as the Mercs and are called Fortress based on the Administrator's alphabetical order since they are the 4th generation of mercs under her employ).

My friends and I were arguing about it, 3 of us think it would be Night Raid, but two other say it's the Mercs since they have various trump cards on their sleeves.

What do you guys think?
