This has been in my mind for quite a while since I always imagined what my favorite characters would look like as Kamen riders and what Henshin device they would use
For Junko Enoshima I always imagined her using the desire driver. She could make an excellent villain in the Desire Grand Prix and make it a Despair Grand Prix instead
For Oguri Cap I won’t lie the gavv henshin device fits her well because she likes food.
