Does anyone else have this problem?

I've had this adenium for about 4 years and it has been going strong this far. But it has been drooping more this season than it has in the past. I water it as needed to avoid over watering. It has cactus soil and bonsai soil on it. I have also inspected the roots for any rot and it has a firm caudex and root. Any suggestions? May it be time to prune it? Or perhaps more water? Also temperature in my area can spike to the high 90° and can get humid at times.

Arabicum or Socotranum?

I picked this fella up yesterday and it’s labeled as Adenium Socotranum, but I think it looks a little more like an Arabicum. Happy with the purchase either way because Arabicums aren’t exactly easy to find in my area but is anyone able to identify?

I saw Slug..I grabbed Slug.. he got a plant ticket & Slug is here, ten days older- and has a new home. I was hoping for a shallow-dish set up, but he had a chonky deep caudex, so vintage tall bonsai home for him

Planted a lot of seeds, all of them did great but these two. Are these doomed or can they come back?

They lost the tops a few weeks ago, but are still hard and feel good otherwise. Any chance these branch off and grow new leaves, or are they doomed?

Repotting time advise

Ok experts. I think it’s about time to repot and lift these adeniums. Should I wait until all the flowers have bloomed before repotting and trimming or should I go ahead? I live in the Deep South and June is right around the corner.

Found this guy at my local Cactus/Succulent Club sale for a steal. Kind of new to Adenium, I have a an Arabicum Goji but have only had it for 6 months and it’s nowhere near this size. At what age do these start to flower?

What’s your thoughts

By the time I got to the seller the one I wanted was already sold (super fat/short with like 30 tiny branches) and this is what was left over.

Should I be happy about a tall and skinny more tree like one?

What do I have to look forward to it doing long term?

Will the bulb (not sure if right word) fatten up?

Did I expose too much root flare?

Would the tall and skinny style be better suited to plant in ground? I live in phx Arizona

Any answers and reassurance would be greatly appreciated 😂

New beauty!!! Any input appreciated

I'm so excited about this beauty I found at my local garden center! I can't believe how happy/healthy it is! The chunky base, the amount of branches, it looks like it has never been pruned before!

The soil it is in, looks a little too organic from what I have read (I'm fairly new to these plants but I have a lot of succulents). It looks like it has osmocote in it. The greenhouse I purchased it from was more diffuse light than direct sunlight, but this plant was grown elsewhere, it says Texas on the tag, I feel like it was definitely grown in full sun right? It is currently placed on the front porch, west facing, receiving a few hours of direct sunlight. I wish there was a way to determine how many hours of direct sunlight different parts of my yard received. It's not as easy as just placing it on the south side because a building and a fence cause shade depending on where I put things. Anyway, any pruning or care tips appreciated!

Also, is it normal that there are two different shapes of leaves on this plant? The larger ones at the top are wider than the smaller ones near the base.

A nursery by the highway was selling these adeniums. They are 7 years old. Flowering profusely. Extremely cheap for the way they are grown.

My oldest and youngest grafted plants

The first plant looks rather common by today's standards, but it is very special to me. Bob Smoley (Rest in peace) of Smoley's Gardenworld was the first importer of hybrid Adenium that I personally knew and, many years ago, I bought 100 grafted plants from him at remarkably low wholesale pricing. For many years I thought I had sold or given them all away, and I've often regretted not holding on to at least one of each variety. Then a few years ago, while pruning the hedges at my mother's house, I spotted this plant deep within the hedge. Somehow both stunted and stretched, forgotten, completely neglected.

I took it home, got it healthy, and slowly moved it into the sun. This is its first year on the south side of my house and it is responding beautifully, both in flowers and new growth. I believe that it is the hybrid that Mr. Smoley called 'Thai Lady', but I can't say for certain.

The last plant is in quarantine because I'm not certain what is going on with its leaves. I'm hoping I don't need to dispose of it, because it sure is pretty.
