I wanna see everyone’s proud RSX builds! Post some pics — I’d love to get inspiration from different setups! And tell me what you’re most proud of about your RSX, plus what parts/mods you’re running too!

Come on, all you RSX brothers and sisters!
To me, they’re rare and have a totally different vibe compared to what we see here in Japan, so I’d love to see your builds! And tell me what you’re most proud of about your RSX, plus what parts/mods you’re running too!

Previous owner really chose one of the hardest and most expensive colors to repair 💀”

DC5R ball joints where Can find something similar to its dimensions

I own an 03 RSX type S. Previous owner had gotten the front knuckles changed to the 02-06 Honda Integra Type R. I am in search of alternative Ball joints as mine are blown. I want to change than to oem or similar rather than after market extended ball joints. If anybody can point me in the right direction of a set or part number. I would greatly appreciate it. The dimensions that would fit are 98.5mm height, and 43,1mm width.

Looking for Reputable shops in the Los Angeles area

Anyone know any reputable Honda shops or shops in general that do timing jobs and also looking to do a valve adjustment on my dc5. would appreciate any recommendations and any first hand experience at these shops.
pic to boost engagement.

Is this how a donut gasket should sit before being tightened down? Installing a KTUNED header

I finger tightened the hardware and it looked like it squeezed in just a little bit. Shop is installing it tomorrow so I just want to make sure all my hardware and gaskets are okay. Vibrant brand Donut gasket

Y'all might remember me from a few weeks ago when I posted my just-repainted 2005 RSX-S. This was my first car ever, and I'm her one and only driver. She was my daily driver for nearly 20 years, and I never really took the time or money to do much cosmetically for her. She turned 21 this year, and since the paint on the hood was pretty badly chipped, I decided to spruce her up with a fresh paint job. Went from nighthawk pearl black to a rich metallic red, and then swapped out her badly curb rashed stock type S wheels for some black aftermarkets with a red lip. Other that that, she's stock through and through.

Everything was honestly done on a budget - she's strictly a garage queen these days so I couldn't justify spending thousands and thousands. The paintjob was a maaco special for $1500, the wheels were under $700, the tires were a new release from Bridgestone that had good reviews and only cost $620 or so for the whole set.

Next up: re-cover the split driver's seat, tint the windows, and maybe paint the calipers? I feel like red would be too much red (plus I wouldn't be able to get a color match), so maybe black?

As a sidenote, what do you all think I should do with the original rims? Sell them, keep them? They're not bent but they have a fair amount of curb rash.

I purchased a Type-S about 2 months ago. It only has 40k miles on it, but it’s still 22 years old (2004). I’m slowing learning things about it, but this is one I’d like to ask for some help.

There is a wire- I assume a ground, that is connected from the fuel rail, to a bolt/connector, and to the engine valve cover.

2 questions- (1) how is this wire meant to be? I’d like to make it like factory again (2) why do you think this was done?

There were signs that someone made simple mods on the car in the past, but was all stock parts when I bought it.
