Y'all might remember me from a few weeks ago when I posted my just-repainted 2005 RSX-S. This was my first car ever, and I'm her one and only driver. She was my daily driver for nearly 20 years, and I never really took the time or money to do much cosmetically for her. She turned 21 this year, and since the paint on the hood was pretty badly chipped, I decided to spruce her up with a fresh paint job. Went from nighthawk pearl black to a rich metallic red, and then swapped out her badly curb rashed stock type S wheels for some black aftermarkets with a red lip. Other that that, she's stock through and through.

Everything was honestly done on a budget - she's strictly a garage queen these days so I couldn't justify spending thousands and thousands. The paintjob was a maaco special for $1500, the wheels were under $700, the tires were a new release from Bridgestone that had good reviews and only cost $620 or so for the whole set.

Next up: re-cover the split driver's seat, tint the windows, and maybe paint the calipers? I feel like red would be too much red (plus I wouldn't be able to get a color match), so maybe black?

As a sidenote, what do you all think I should do with the original rims? Sell them, keep them? They're not bent but they have a fair amount of curb rash.
