So I was visiting a cemetery (that also has the tombs of historical figures, so it is also a museum). When we enterred to this random mausoleum, I immediately saw an action figure there, next to the ashes of somebody.

Because I am a collector, I recognized it was "Altaïr" from the Assassin's Creed saga made by NECA. This was probably the favorite toy and video game saga of this person, who was most likely an action figure collector as well, and I think it's cool that even beyond the grave, he has a collection to show proudly to other people that will appreciate it. Cool dude for sure.

I blurred the names and the photos due to privacy for the families, as I don't know them. But I thought the owner of that figure would have liked to show it to others.

I want to be buried with my action figures too, and now I wonder: if I have to pick one, which one would I pick? Which one would you guys choose from your collection?

Finally managed to get it for a good price. Definitely my favourite figure in my collection at the moment. Been wanting one since the day it’s released.

Its a good experience even if it looks ass you still love it cuz its simply ass I tried to make a invincible one

Not too bad for a first time imo, although it would look better if it was matt

Took a lot more time than I hoped, but I'm pretty satisfied with the results (painting yellow, painting joints and matching skin tones suck). I was originally inspired by JoyToy figure, but wanted one in 1/12 scale. Skin color still all over the place, but at least I'm getting better at painting faces.

Love the figure, but definitely chuckled at the height difference from Legends and Black Series.

Got some new display cabinets and have been redoing my collection. I Def need more but wanted to share what I have done so far! This just includes Ghostbusters and TMNT so far, but I have tons of DC and others so hopefully I'll be showing those soon enough!

Kobra Khan and the Snake Men return to a forbidden meadow in search of Easter eggs… but this time, a guardian is ready.

Wish we'd gotten at least one scene with a coat over the suit in the film.

Jacket fits just a bit wonky because of the kukri sheath, and I didn't want to try and straighten it too much for fear of ripping it.

We are sure you all know the site. Last year we were approached by them(one of the numerous times they did it) asking to partner up so they could promote their store on r/actionfigures. We have very strict promotion rules, and we don't pick favorites, allow advertisements or spam, so this was a no-go.

At some point after that they decide to start spamming the sub with endless bot accounts because they couldn't get their way. If you aren't familiar with reddit's admin or mod tools in regards to this, its limited, but we tried all means available to us. The admins didn't help, and we are sure many of you know just how bad the bot problem is getting overall on reddit.

So since they decided to go with the nuclear option, we have as well and have been testing this out for a bit now. All mentions of their site in posts and comments are being removed from the sub.

Unfortunately this means that sometimes innocent and non spamming comments and posts have and may get caught up as well.

Our suggestions:

1. Find another way to discuss the site without tripping automod, we can't tell you how, as that would just assist the spammers.
2. I'm some instances we may review posts from time to time and approve them, but it probably won't be as fast as you would like, so its probably easier to just refer to bullet point 1.

We apologize for the hassle this may cause
