Ultra service currently on 9 business days???

Hi all, I've got a submission with ace currently. I'm on 9 business days of the 7 and zero contact, its been at 'assembly stage for 4 business days now?

Is this normal?? If I'd have known it would go over the 7 days I wouldnt have sent the cards in. Emails ignored.

Bit crap tbh! Especially given that they appear to not even communicate things are running late to the customer.

Pikachu with Grey Felt Hat ACE 10 in penny sleeve inside slab?

I went to buy an Ace 10 Pikachu with grey felt hat from someone, on inspection I noticed it was in a penny sleeve inside the slab, is this a big red flag for a fake? The QR code was off centre as well. I didn’t get chance to take a photo of it. EDIT: when I scanned the QR code it took me to the ace grading site but didn’t load a picture of the card.
