Trying to figure out watch model and movement

Hi everyone, this was my grandfathers watch. Looks like he received it in 1964 from his company (I removed the text from the back in the picture). I’m trying to figure out the model and movement. I love watches but am not familiar with accutron. Thanks.

This was a fairly recent eBay find from an estate sale, a 1972 Railroad Approved 214 that I think has been barely worn given by just how great of shape it’s in. It hummed but the hands didn’t move so I sent it off to a gentleman in Texas who specializes in Accutrons and got her serviced and now it’s back home humming away and running! It’s sporting an obviously not original but I think roughly period correct Speidel leather strap. Either way I’m very pleased with it. So much so I sent my 1972 218 Calendar to him for service!

Looking To Service Watch

Greeting to all Accutron Watch fans. I just picked up the watch that belonged to my Dad. After working for Phillips 66 for 30 years of service, my dad received this watch as a reward. I’m looking to get watch serviced by a someone that handles vintage Accutrons and case polishing. Thanks for any feedback that you have.

Bought this for my dad years ago. He used to wear an accutron for many years until one day while working he just noticed it was gone, band just gave out and he never found it. He never wore this watch, but he appreciated it. It needed some love, at some point the crystal got a crack, and the hands were some boxy white things that didn’t match. But was still pretty with the silver linen dial. So I sent it to Rob B in Thailand. And he did a beautiful job! My 218 rides again!!!
