Vintage First year parker jotters

Vintage first year jotter, I purchased on ebay a number of years ago with original box and dated receipt: Nov 15th 1954

I absolutely love first year parker jotters.

My rarest first year jotter probably being the demonstrator model ribbed clear.

I also have a 1960s jotter with John F Kennedy sterling overlay. These were given out by the president and are featured in the book, "Jotter History of an Icon"

Thoughts on the vintage jotters and rarer models?

Im still on the hunt for a coral, and a white first year jotter.

Picked up a vintage seiko superior twin quartz watch at auction for a bargain, no one else bid.

Despite slightly blurry pictures. The watch arrived in shockingly excellent condition.

This model also sports a sapphire crystal which wasn't very common at the time.

The watch was at the top of seikos quartz line with a stated accuracy of just 5 seconds per year.

After some careful regulation of the movement I'm happy to report it to be keeping amazing time. Only time will tell; the accuracy per day is less than I'm able to measure. It is presently exactly the same as the reference time each day.

Currently on a leather strap

Thoughts?

Id love to find an original bracelet for it but have thus far been unsuccessful

Just wondering on these vintage Grand Seiko watches what the best way to assess if service is need. Watch is performing incredible. I believe the watch was serviced by its previous owner. However I don't know for sure.

Base off time grapher amplitude Id say the watch is running excellent just wanted to confirm with someone who might know more. Certainly don't want to cause damage by not serving but don't want to send it out unnecessarily.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Incredible condition Seiko Superior quartz from 1979. Accurate to 5 seconds a year when released.

Love the dial of this watch.

Lately been looking at vintage seiko quartz watches.

Collection has been exclusively mechanical watches for years both wrist watches and pocket watches. Something about these vintage quartz pieces caught my attention recently.

2nd and 3rd picture are different model seiko twin quartz watches.

The last pictured watch is not in as good condition as the other two but I love the case shape as well as the dial finish.
