I wanted to make this community to help others stay accountable to their goals/habits. I myself have always struggled to stay consistent with my goals, but i know by being open and vulnerable to a community will help me to stick to my word.
With that being said, this should be an safe space for others who want to share helpful tips and tricks to what they have done to help reach their goals.
For me, i have always strugged with getting out of bed on time. I have tried countless different things... but for those of you who have consistantly got out of bed before 7am everyday for more than a month consistantly, what has helped you to do it?
