I purchased the 450X yesterday and got CEAT tyres. But when I searched online, I found that many people received MRF tyres with their purchase. What tyres did you all get?
Hola! I recently bought an Ather Apex and I’m planning a trip to Chikkamagaluru. Is it feasible on a single charge or would I need to stop and charge? I checked the Ather app but couldn’t find much clarity. Would love some advice from anyone who’s done a similar route! 🙏
Finally received the update. Has voice commands, crash alert and locksafe. Voice commands seem useless without the halo helmets. Thoughts?
How is this even justified? Even without drilling or making any changes to the body of the vehicle, they claim warranty voids.
I booked ather 450x (3.7kwh) with pro pack hyper sand yesterday 11th may 2026 when should i expect the delivery of my vehicle. I am from Hyderabad
The new Athers that I saw in Rajajinagar branch in Bangalore have these scratches on the aluminium skeleton, beside battery and next to the shocks among other places.
We are paying full money for the scooter that includes design and aesthetics. Why are these scratches there?
The people at the showroom say, it is due to 'grinding'. This is not seen in older Scooters my friends own.

Ownership experience -45 days service centre experience 51 days 🥲
So on 6/3/26 my rizta z got into a major accident where most of front part is broken
And then gave it to the service centre
Week 1:
Bike was sitting there for the whole week just to get approval from insurance. and they gave me a list of parts that required
Week 2:
Parts with minor scratches got removed from insurance and bike was opened to check for internal damage
And again sat there for the whole week to get internal parts approval and in the meanwhile the charge got 0% so they changed it and shutdown the bile
Week 3:
Waited for parts yet no progress
Week 4:
Most of the parts fitted and here the bike was turned on
Week 5
Call for a test ride
After more than 10 days after the test ride liability got approved
Suspension took more time to arrive as that caused some delay
Insurance 😭:
They caused the major delay as starting from start to end and guess what happened at the end the insurance surveyor is not lifting calls and contracted customer care and they have no idea and sent a mail yet till now no reply
And after all this drama they only paid 48k for 68k (I've zero depreciation) and I paid 20k

This is a mixed experience and as there are less no of vehicles in that area and for most of the time there is only my bike for repair and they installed parts quickly and and they are transparent. And on test ride they told me to ride as hard as possible and I did the same bike felt brand new again
On 23 April:
Finally bike came home after 51 days
On 24 April (1st issue 😖)
They washed bike on test ride day and it was dirty so ive washed it at home and the accelerator got cruse control.its not returning and took it to service centre and it's closed on Sunday (as this is the first time I've seen them close as all things I've mentioned above I went there only on Sundays)
On the same evening it's fixed on its own and didn't dared to wash again to test and I have exams till then so didn't took it there again

I don't know if I can share the service manager name but he been very transparent and showed me all the parts removed

I got 80 kms on full charge with a mix of zip and eco which is normal for me it's giving me the same range before
Issues:
Accelerator
Panel gaps
Panel near suspension that covers headlight and all wiring is missing
And ather logo is in white (not a big problem)
I'm currently using a TVS NTorq 125, and I want to switch to an electric scooter, given how bad TVS service is. I checked out the Rizta, and the bone-stock 2.9kWh model does not come with the 700W charger, making it extremely slow to charge at home. Without the Pro Pack, the display on the Rizta S doesn't display battery percentage, range number, and it gets no ride modes. Even auto-hold is paywalled.
My daily commute is less than 50km, and I'm not looking to spend anything more than ₹1.3 lakh. Is the base Rizta S worth it? Does the app, without the Pro pack, show the charging status?
I have a ather 450x latest gen and recently got done it's 20K service and had gotten the tyres changed by the showroom itself, I had told them to our MRF (the same in the scooter comes with) but they ended up putting CEAT ZOOM X3 and the range has dropped like crazy, I used to get 100-105 kms range in sports mode, now I'm barely better 75-80, what should I do?
Will it be ok if we change ball bearing in front tyre
I purchased my Ather 450X HR in March 2026. So far I’ve had a mixed ownership experience, mostly positive but definitely not fully satisfied.
My main issue is the tyres. It’s so bad. Road grip is not confidence inspiring. Also the rubber feels hard and it is compromising the ride comfort. Yesterday on a wet patch of road during a hard braking scenario to avoid a pothole, the brakes locked up and tyres started skidding and I almost fell. I have Traction Control set to Rain (Max). Still no use. It was a very scary experience. The speed was between 40-45 KMPH with TPMS reading 29F 32R.
I have decided I cannot take that risk anymore. I do not trust the tyres anymore. Can anyone suggest better alternatives to the MRF stock tyres. Price is not a factor. I want the best.
Also I was wondering what’s the widest possible configuration tyre can 450X take without compromising the range and performance. 450X tyres are so puny, thought wider tyres will give more aggressive look and hope it’ll be better with road grip.

My dashboard showing 75km range only for 100 charge in s-eco mode. Should i go to service centre and ask for battery health check or its normal.
