





Finally after 51 days in service centre

Ownership experience -45 days service centre experience 51 days 🥲
So on 6/3/26 my rizta z got into a major accident where most of front part is broken
And then gave it to the service centre
Week 1:
Bike was sitting there for the whole week just to get approval from insurance. and they gave me a list of parts that required
Week 2:
Parts with minor scratches got removed from insurance and bike was opened to check for internal damage
And again sat there for the whole week to get internal parts approval and in the meanwhile the charge got 0% so they changed it and shutdown the bile
Week 3:
Waited for parts yet no progress
Week 4:
Most of the parts fitted and here the bike was turned on
Week 5
Call for a test ride
After more than 10 days after the test ride liability got approved
Suspension took more time to arrive as that caused some delay
Insurance 😭:
They caused the major delay as starting from start to end and guess what happened at the end the insurance surveyor is not lifting calls and contracted customer care and they have no idea and sent a mail yet till now no reply
And after all this drama they only paid 48k for 68k (I've zero depreciation) and I paid 20k

This is a mixed experience and as there are less no of vehicles in that area and for most of the time there is only my bike for repair and they installed parts quickly and and they are transparent. And on test ride they told me to ride as hard as possible and I did the same bike felt brand new again
On 23 April:
Finally bike came home after 51 days
On 24 April (1st issue 😖)
They washed bike on test ride day and it was dirty so ive washed it at home and the accelerator got cruse control.its not returning and took it to service centre and it's closed on Sunday (as this is the first time I've seen them close as all things I've mentioned above I went there only on Sundays)
On the same evening it's fixed on its own and didn't dared to wash again to test and I have exams till then so didn't took it there again

I don't know if I can share the service manager name but he been very transparent and showed me all the parts removed

On 2 may (range test):
I got 80 kms on full charge with a mix of zip and eco which is normal for me it's giving me the same range before
Issues:
Accelerator
Panel gaps
Panel near suspension that covers headlight and all wiring is missing
And ather logo is in white (not a big problem)
