Rear Motor Mount Advice

Hi! My K24 FG2 has a bad rear motor mount. I've heard that you should get stiffer mounts if you run headers because OEM can crack the header. So I have a few questions.

-Is it just the rear motor mount that needs to be stiffer?

-If that's the case, which should I get? I'm assuming hasport.

-This is my daily driver and comfort is very important to me. What stiffness should I be looking for?

Any answer or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Dented rocker panel

Looking for advice on repairing a badly dented rocker panel on my 2007 Civic Si sedan. Smacked a low curb accidentally. I watched lots of videos about similar repairs. Buddy suggests we use stud welder to weld in studs and pull that way with a large dual arm dent puller or pull out a small section at a time with his slide hammer. He is decent welder and I found Mill supply has the OEM replacement slip on rocker panel for it as well. What would be the best route for "good enough"? He can spray it afterward and do rust converter/protector before paint. Had someone suggest just throw some after market side skirts on it, but I'd like to straighten it out as much as possible first. Or go with Mill Supply slip on panel.
