Heartbreaking news: Gwendolyn Chisolm passed away. She was in The Sequence alongside the late, great Angie Stone. It's incredibly sad to think that we've lost both Angie and Blondy within a year of each other. The Sequence was absolutely instrumental in blending early rap with soul and R&B elements.
