Random ass short i saw on youtube.

And now they keep using the clyde bot to keep telling me to contact K-ID if i am having trouble with the verification process, and when i contact K-id they tell me to contact Discord, I need to get my account back before it's too late, How do i contact a real human, I've sent a message for a general question asking for assistance from a real human, im also thinking of reporting this as a bug, that K-id verification is taking forever its not giving me an answer whether i passed or not its just stuck on loading infinitely
