Mirror tap vs cigarette port

As title says I kindly need help figuring out the best way to power RD.

I have used cord that it came with for some time now and after following this group I figured I'd go for something more hidden.

Now that I have the mirror tapped I noticed that the radar stays on all the time (I have it auto shut off after an hour) and when I get in my vehicle I have to press power button to turn on before each trip.

Yes it's sleeker and hidden cable but I worry about effecting the longevity of device having constant power and pressing the same button numerous times

As opposed to an 11 foot cable I can connect to the Cigarette port; although a more complex installation would be worth it? For the peace of mind?

To reiterate I've always used the cigarette port cable it came with and would always see it on and off with the ignition. So it's my first time ever messing with auto shut off and having it directly connected and lowered constantly

Thank you in advance

UPDATE-

I found a way to connect to the CMBS camera via [link here]

Thank you all for responses.

Installing lowering springs. Buying camber arm kit. But does the toe arms also need to be changed while at it?

I’m always seeing camber arms mentioned but not toe arms. Is it not necessary unless my stock rear toe are reading negative on alignment?

Front speakers only?

2019 Touring 2.0, would replacing just the lower front speakers yield a meaningful difference? I'm not even remotely an audiophile or a bass guy, just want speakers that sound better than the stock system for <$500.

How would these be if I just replaced the lower fronts and left everything else the same?

Downpipe + Front Pipe install

Looking to install the Rv6 downpipe and PRL front pipe this weekend.. Bought the necessary gaskets and hardware kits. Any useful or helpful information on this install before I get elbow deep?

Also planning on swapping out the RMM to the PRL while I got the front pipe down. Thanks again in advance!

Going on my '19 2.0sport 6spd with about 65k miles Stage 2 ktuned.

New car and new to the sub

Bought this 2020 2.0t Touring Accord last week with only 43k miles. I would like to do some simple modifications to start. I don’t know a whole lot on mods ,so I’m open to recommendations with websites and parts.

Big Brake Kits

Anyone running Wilwood, Brembo or Fast Brakes (or a mix).

Been looking online to move up, and have seen a couple kits but curious what others have done. Including rotor style and size especially with aftermarket wheels.

Front bumper question

Recently had a new bumper installed on my 2019 2.0t. When I got it back I noticed these cut outs in the bumper (see arrows in pic). Are these on oem bumpers, as I paid for oem? Auto body shop is stating that this the best they can get it, otherwise they have to grind the bumper down to get to fit properly. Anyone have this issue, is it not an oem bumper or just that the clips are messed up. Appreciate the help.

2018 2.0t milestone.

Well, I rolled over 150k miles this morning.

Finally discovered what everyone already knew about rear camber problems. 30k mile Michelins getting chopped/cupped. Pissed.

2.0t Head gasket

Well it finally happened, after 130k running ktuner and exhaust mods for 40k i've finally gotten the infamous head gasket leak. My mechanic is doing

some more diag to make sure the pistons aren't warped or anything but i'm just curious on what most of those who had this issue did. A couple people told me that at a higher mile engine like mine you might be better off finding a lesser mileage engine and replacing rather than just doing the head gasket. Any advice?

Need Bumper recommendations

My dauahter hit a traffic cone in the middle of

the highway drivina my 2021 Accord Touring. It

damaged the lower passenger side of the

bumper and needs to be replaced. I halfway

pushed it back in place so it is still easily

drivable. Just need to replace the plastic

bumper. Trying to figure out if i should file a

claim with mv insurance or if there is a place i

can order a paint matched bumper and have it

shipped. My deductible is $500. I'd rather not

have to put a claim on my insurance if i can

replace it myself. I don't need a fancy bumper. A

stock one is iust fine. Honestly anything color

matched would be ok. And recommend places to get a bumper?

5.6 l/100km (42 mpg) per 400 km, is good for a combined sport /eco mode? Honda Accord hybrid sport 2022 with winter tires still (will switch next week)

Can someone tell me why my RPM never goes above 4 in my 2.0t?

In every mode it never goes past 4, i already reset the the TPS and it still the same. I just bought the car 3 months ago so it’s already been serviced for all the major maintenance. I was thinking it may need a throttle body cleaning but not sure.
