Why Does my 2.0t not go above 4RPM?

I’ve noticed that my car never goes above 4rpm no matter what mode i’m in (my foot is all the way down on the pedal) i just bought the car a few months ago so all major maintenance up to 70k have been done by Honda. I was thinking maybe a throttle body cleaning since it hasn’t been done yet?

Can someone tell me why my RPM never goes above 4 in my 2.0t?

In every mode it never goes past 4, i already reset the the TPS and it still the same. I just bought the car 3 months ago so it’s already been serviced for all the major maintenance. I was thinking it may need a throttle body cleaning but not sure.
