What do you recommend for the work I've done?

Arkadaşlar blender 3d kullanıyorum uzun zaman kullandım ama karekter tasarlama modelleme hic yapmadım başlangıc icin tutorial arıyorum youtubede falan ama hicbir ders bulamadım ya düzgüb deil ya da istedigim gibi insan modelleri degil stilize degilde normal insan modellemek istiyorum attıgım görseldeki gibi bilgisi olan yardımcı olabilirmi
