Speak with your wallet. If you are a spender of any kind, money is the only voice that the developers will hear. By all means write into the surveys and provide your criticisms about how you don't like the direction the game is heading, but if you keep spending the same old money on the game, your complaints will fall on deaf ears.
So I took over an orphan team with the express purpose of gutting it and going for youth and future picks. These are my trades over the last 24 hours. Am I insane or am I cooking? Team came in bottom 5 last year but had no 2026 picks. SFLX/TE+

- James Cook for 2027 1st and 26 3.11
- Pickens for 1.04 (Tyson) and 3.04 (TBD)
- Devonta Smith for 1.07 (Concepcion) and 3.01
There aren't many more 27 1sts available, most are held by a couple teams (myself included now) and the others won't budge for the time being. Will be in the running for a bottom 2 team but another player that took over an orphan team before me got a headstart on tanking. Still need to sell off Higgins, Waddle, Hubbard, Kyler, and Godwin for future capital.
