Found the Mountaineer hat in Doyle’s, correct timing, right seat and NPC but the hat didn’t glow.

Few days later, same guy, same seat, same time and this time the hat is different colored and saveable.

Go figure.

I found this map with clothespins on it, is it related to anything or just set dressing?

Do the random compasses mean anything?
