Problem/Goal: Hello, I need help as an only daughter who is still lost and figuring everything on my own. Lol turnover na ng bahay namin this Friday ano bang dapat kong tingnan icheck iraise sa developer. Lol In the era of internet I know lahat naman searchable. Pero here I am being overwhelmed.

I lost my dad when I was 7, si mama high school undergraduate, ever since I had this thought na I cant lean on anyone. Youre on your own kid ang atake.

Pero these are the moments na I keep on wondering, I need second opinion. I need help. Im lost. I need someone who will guide me. Coz hell Idk if Im doing it right or wrong. Im still stuck in that 7 year old era.

But at the end of the day, I gotta move forward. Figure it out.

Maybe it's not about the house and lot, maybe it's the fact na I just needed reassurance that everything will be okay.

Pero seriously, sa mga first time home owner, anong mga mga pre, during, and post process niyo when you acquired your first house.
