Hello! I have a Kindle Touch 1st Gen and count this new Amazon policy as a step too far, so I'm looking at alternatives. I've switched from Kindle Unlimited to Libby, and I plan to buy a Kobo eventually, but I would like to use my Kindle rather than my phone in the meantime since I can keep it separate from distractions.

Is it possible to put Libby on my Kindle if I jailbreak it? Does it actually work, or is it a kind-of sort-of measure? I have a valid library card and live in the US, so that's not a concern, I just want to know if it works before I put a couple of hours into the project since otherwise I'd rather just put the Kindle to rest.
