My child (25m)living in London, England, was falsely accused of historical rape by his ex girlfriend after they broke up. His lawyer has submitted a PCE with proof of the relationship being coercive, controlling as well as financially abuse. It is now over six months since this happened and the OIC has stopped updating us on case or the next date. Is there anything we can do to quicken the process to its conclusion or even get a response from the OIC? How long can this remain in limbo at the investigation stage?
