I replaced the vacuum hoses and actually removed a vacuum leak and even tried replacing the VSV. They both still sound the same. The only time I can get rid of the noise is when I plug the hose like in the video or I put the hose with a known vacuum leak back on.

Just spent the last week tearing apart my 4Runner. All new bushings for rear uppers and lower conttol arms, panhard bar, front lower control arms, steering rack, plus the sway bars. Put on new longer end links. Added JBA upper control arms, PCK, new outer tie rods, new trakmotive extended CV axles and a trans cooler. Refreshed shocks and springs with a 6112/5100 combo with OME 890s in the rear.
Should have parked it the same way before and after, there’s an incline going towards the left in the pictures making it look like the rough country spacer is taller. In person on even ground the 6112 was definitely taller!
