Building an Raspberry Pi powered RC vehicle and I bought some INR18650-35E cells.
I'd like to have a charger for them but in my local area I found some models...
One is XTAR VC4 (20$) but besides many good reviews (90%) many also say they are prone to fail.
Others would be MOSMAOO, Wacorresi, Liitokala (30$) and Opus (that one is 60$).
Would the XTAR VC4 be fine though? What else would be fine?

Da, cand e momentul meu sa devin adult, toate calculele pe care mi le-am facut pana la o varsta s-au dus. Da, nu sunt in punctul de a muri de foame, dar ma gandesc si la altii care nu o duc asa bine + nici eu nu am ziua de maine garantata oricum. Imi este dor de vreme pre-AI in care oamenii macar faceau ceva cu manuta lor... acum nici o scrisoare sau eseu de opinie nu mai sunt in stare sa scrie de unii singuri animalele astea...

I noticed that mangas tend to have softer transitions between light and dark values and use, in fact, values that are not that dark (for shadows, it's typically and mostly above 30% darkness, with below used only for lineart). In animes on the other hand, the contrast between darker and lighter areas is much more aggressive even when there are scenes that take place in bright rooms.
I know that mangas are usually drawn in grayscale and animes are colored. I also know that due to animation constraints, animes lock in two shades of color, one that is the lightened area and one is the shadow compared to manga that can use a wider spectrum. My question is though, why many animes still enfore such a high contrast?
At first glance it's not that bad but the longer I stare at it, the weirder it gets. I don't exactly know why though. I might say that in artworks for example, people aim to create soft, readable shapes and use high contrast between huge parts of the drawing (for example, light falls only on one side of the character so the other side is in complete dark). But in animes, sometimes it just feels all over the place.
Can anyone help me out on this?

Am si prieteni si cunoscuti care le este lene sa-si puna centura, chiar si-au luat holdere de alea la 10-15 lei ca sa nu mai piuie masina la pasager ca nu este centura pusa...
Nu pot sa inteleg? Centura aia e acolo ca sa-ti salveze viata. Si in plus, nu e asa necomfortabila precum se spune. Ba chiar, pe mine ma face sa ma simt mai bine, mai relaxat, ca-mi tine spatele lipit de scaun si nu tot cad cu capul in bord la fiecare frana.
Da frate, nu zic ca esti prost si ca faci accident (desi oricui i se poate intampla, dar nu le spun asta in fata sa-i supar), dar poate intra un tampit de pe sens opus in noi si zburam prin parbriz, ne rupem gatul. Si raspunsul este "e prea rar sa se intample" sau "aia e, se termina intr-o secunda".
