I have terrible anxiety I decided to take magnesium glycinate and L-theanine and Now after three days I'm starting to worry that it will have a negative effect on me even though I haven't noticed anything But after taking the magnesium glycinate I feel like there's a lump stuck in my throat and slight twinges in my stomach maybe because the pill is large I don't know whether to continue or not but I need something external to calm my anxiety
