Cheap sensory friendly food i can make/buy?

I barely have been eating these days because my sensory issues.

My family works on a small restaurant so they stopped buying ingredients for the house saying i can just go eat there instead, but because i live on Mexico all their food contains a lot of spice or strong flavors i can't eat because my body straight up rejects it (like i will literally throw up or gag)

At first i would go there and take their ingredients to cook for myself, but the staff started complaining that i was getting on the way as they worked and sometimes they would run out of things because they didn't know i took some, so my parents asked me to stop and just eat what they cook. I also tried asking the chef to please not add spices to the food and similar, but they would use the same pan anyways so it didn't matter.

I have been buying tuna, rice, bread, pasta and beans, but is upsetting my stomach to the point is making me sick :( Any suggestions of what else i can cook or buy?

I can't eat fish (except tuna), nuggets, sausages, or anything with strong flavors as i mentioned before. Textures similar to raw chicken skin (i think thats how is called?) are also a no-no for me. Sorry if it seems picky TT
