Been price shopping around for my first console, but everything I'm seeing comes out to $120+ Cad after shipping, where are you guys finding these crazy good prices? Especially one with pre-loaded roms.

Not sure if I'm just over-looking something, but where would I find my save files (and back them up) for my NDS and GBA games? I've used checkpoint for 3DS, but recently got TM++ working and games I used to play as a kid, but want to keep my saves safe. Is it just as simple as copying the game folders to my desktop/USB?
