I am fairly new to 40k and painting minis in general. I want to start a necron army and to have them be frozen/freshly disentombed. I think that the image here (I know, ai pics bad) is how I want to do Imotekh, (since he's the only overlord I know of that uses a gauntlet of flames) but I have no idea how to paint him like that, let alone how to get that big air bubble in the epoxy around his gauntlet. Any advice is appreciated.
Edit: I do not plan on doing this myself or any time soon, and when I do, it will be a decorative piece not a playable one.
Edit 2: Y'all, I understand how impossible of a task this seems like it would be for a newbie like myself. I would seriously pay someone to make this for me if it comes down to it. Thank you everyone for the advice, especially all of the "Don't" messages lol that really hammered it in that this project is beyond my current capabilities.
