Hardest Race Distance (for me) share your own ranking sa comments!
5k for me is the hardest since all out race most likely zone 4-5 for the whole distance
marathon is next since you can slow down anytime, refuel, and hydrate. the harder challenge lng is yung training for a long time.
half mary almost same sa marathon but rare lng yung wall dito (for me ha)
10k last since after running it parang bitin?
