FINALLY after months of work and trying to figure out how to get that average viewer goal done, we finally reached affiliate!! genuinely couldn’t have been done without my friend RedDaGoat74 on twitch, he helped me out so much by just coming in and watching late streams and bringing his buddies.

so happy we finally achieved this! gonna be streaming next week as i’m gonna be taking a break for the weekend with the bf.

Thank you all so much who joined the streams and stayed for the last couple of nights!! yall can do it and thank you so so so much!!

accidentally deleted VOD

hi yalll i wanted to ask a quick question regarding a VOD i accidentally just deleted! i was streaming tonight as i am 3/4 average viewers away from getting affiliate! i got like 8 viewers w a friend’s help and people chatted and the stream was going well. but my wifi sucks in my room where i stream so it eventually stopped streaming at my usual 40 minute mark. i’m curious if that also counts towards the affiliate goal or if i just screwed it up?

but yeah anyway i ended up accidentally deleting that VOD as i was trying to delete the other 2 minute streams i managed to get until twitch stopped streaming again. my question is whether or not that deleted VOD will affect my affiliate progress and i’ll have to re record tomorrow or sometime this weekend? anything helps!!

thank you!

hey yall i need a lot of advice regarding on how a 22 year old graduate stuck living in her parents’ house can move out.

first and foremost, i just graduated w a BS last august but have been living at home for almost a year now (next month i believe will be a year). my family overall are good people but also toxic if that makes sense. my parents are FINALLY getting a divorce and my sister and i have become estranged. like, VERY estranged. she and i just got into an argument today about her putting the dishes away while i was at work and my mom is constantly taking her side, even when she tells me how much she hates me and doesn’t like speaking with me. i do not know what caused this and i have tried to mend our relationship throughout our entire lives but it is now officially broken. i want to feel the same joy of independence and freedom i had when i was gone for college.

i work a minimum wage job ($14/ hr plus tips) and i have to pay for my phone bill and car insurance every month, totaling ~ $840 a month. I have been seeking a job in my field of study since last year but cannot find ANYTHING. So i may either have to get another job or stick with the one i got, which is gonna make it impossible for me to save even $1k to move out.

I have looked through apartments.com and zelle for cheaper apartment options but the starting rates are too expensive for me to afford and i just dont know anything that requires me to move out. i dont even own my own credit card.

i feel like a complete failure at 22. i want to at least be able to say that i got my first apartment by the end of this year or maybe in 3 years but it just doesn’t seem feasible with what life situation i got going on now.

sorry this became a rant post, i am genuinely looking for advice. i live in the south florida area and i am looking to move more north. anything helps. please i need to get out of here. Thank you.
