Hey all,

I’m looking to purchase my first A. Lange & Söhne, going preowned, and I’m currently deciding between the 1815 ref. 233.026 and 235.026.

From what I’ve gathered, the 233.026 is the older 40mm version (2009–2016), while the 235.026 is the newer 38.5mm iteration with slightly updated proportions and dial layout .

For those who have handled or owned either,

Does the older 233.026 have any real edge (character, presence, collectibility) thanks in advance.
